How we answer

We do not ask for your email and we never contact individuals. Instead, useful questions and corrections are answered on the public questions and answers page, usually within a few days.

Your words are never quoted. We reword each question and remove anything that could identify you. Keep your reference code to find your answer or ask us to delete your message.

AI helps check corrections against official park sources. Messages that are abusive, spam or too personal to publish are not answered.

Do not include medical records, diagnoses, children’s details or booking references. Describe the practical barrier instead.

We cannot answer urgent requests or confirm ride suitability. Contact the park for a booking or safety decision.
