FREE PLANNING TOOL
Visual day planner for a theme park visit
Build a picture-and-word schedule for the day, then move through it with “now” and “next”.
Many people find it easier to follow a day when they can see it laid out in order. Pick cards for what you expect to happen, put them in the order you want, add times if they help, and print the plan or keep this page open on a phone or tablet. Plans change, so the cards are easy to move or remove. This tool is a planning aid, not medical advice.
Your day
Nothing you type is sent or saved by this site. If you close or reload the page the plan is gone, so print it first. Avoid full names or medical record numbers in custom cards if you do not need them.

Why a visual schedule
Visual supports such as pictures, lists and “now and next” cards are widely used and recommended, though the research on how well they work is mixed. We set out what we found, with the sources, on our autism page, and have not added any new claims here. The planner is useful for anyone who likes to know what comes next, including children, people with anxiety, and people with memory or processing differences.
The cards describe a typical day, not a particular park. Check what your park offers, and what needs booking ahead, on its park guide and its official pages. Return times, queue arrangements and check-in rules differ from park to park.
