What kind of trip is this?
Parque Warner can be a film-themed day of family attractions, intense coasters and performances, south of Madrid. The admission companion, special attraction card and alternative Platinum wristband are separate decisions with different group limits. Pick the actual experiences your group values, then ask Visitor Service how current evidence, boarding and the arrival vehicle work together. A Madrid stay also makes a museum day possible, but city and park journeys are distinct trips.

La Aventura de Scooby Doo: an interactive family ride
The operator calls this a soft, interactive Cartoon Village tour and lists a minimum height of 110 cm, with a companion condition on its page. It can be a different style of attraction from the major coasters.
Before you choose: Its online icon row and linked ride-access requirements do not establish a transfer method for your chair in this review. Confirm vehicle seating, darkness, sound, movement, companion rule and evacuation before relying on the word “soft”.

Batman Gotham City Escape: a deliberate thrill choice
This intense coaster has three launches, four inversions and a published 140–195 cm height range. The park warns in its visit tips that its body-size safety criteria are more restrictive than on other rides.
Before you choose: This is not an all-purpose access recommendation. Ask for the current ride-specific transfer, restraint and evacuation requirements and test-seat process; the special card never overrides them. Sound, darkness and high acceleration matter as much as the queue.

Superstars Parade: a non-ride possibility
The operator lists its film-character parade with a disability-access marker and an all-year label on the page. It can give a mixed group a common experience that does not require transferring into a ride.
Before you choose: Confirm that it runs on your date, the route, accessible viewing positions and when to arrive. A parade can be loud and crowded; the marker does not guarantee a reserved place, sightline, quiet area or an unobstructed path back to the exit.

Potential advantages
- Three different day anchors—a family interactive ride, a major coaster and a parade—let a group choose its own intensity.
- The operator sets out separate admission and attraction-group rules, making the trade-off between the special card and Platinum wristband possible to discuss.
- The park publishes multiple arrival leads and 13 adapted and signposted toilet facilities to locate before a visit.
Practical trade-offs
- The reduced admission ticket’s one free companion is not the same as the up-to-three ride companions on the special card; the Platinum alternative is for the eligible visitor plus one.
- Pinto C-3 plus bus 413 or bus 412 from Villaverde Bajo is a route listing, not proof of wheelchair boarding on a departure or a complete step-free interchange.
- The hotel publishes three accessible rooms and some bathroom features, but neither availability nor a suitable hotel-to-park vehicle is established.
What to arrange
At Visitor Service, present the original official disability card showing at least 33% and ID, and ask which attraction access process applies. The reduced admission ticket may be bought online or at the park; arrange the companion entry together.
Documents and eligibility
The park requires ID and an original Official Disabled Persons’ Card showing at least 33%. It says medical reports, photos or photocopies are not accepted for these services; ask ahead about foreign official cards and individual eligibility.
Travelling with companions
The reduced ticket includes one free companion entering at the same time and remaining the same person. Separately, the special attraction card allows up to three companions when they ride with the eligible visitor. The alternative eligible Platinum wristband covers that visitor and only one companion, with a 15-minute condition for repeat rides when there is a wait.
Boarding, transfers and ride restrictions
If the eligible visitor does not ride, companions join the normal queue. The access arrangement does not waive each ride’s physical, height, restraint or evacuation requirements; check the current ride guide before relying on a preferred attraction.

Getting there: routes worth investigating
Route checked does not mean access audited. Confirm timetables, lifts, vehicles and assistance for your date and mobility aid. Allow time for each connection and obtain a quote for any pre-arranged road transfer.
Cercanías C-3 to Pinto, then La Veloz 413
Warner’s directions send visitors to Pinto on Cercanías C-3 and then bus 413 to the park entrance. Timetables are explicitly subject to change by the bus company.
The access check: Verify each station lift and rail assistance, the specific 413 vehicle, both bus stops and last return for your date. A bus to the park door still requires a suitable boarding and waiting environment; no continuous accessible route was audited.

Bus 412 from Villaverde Bajo, or a planned road arrival
The park also lists La Veloz 412 from Villaverde Bajo interchange. For drivers it gives A-4 exit 22 and advertises online parking purchase.
The access check: Confirm 412 accessible boarding, interchange lift status and the last departure directly with the operator. For a car or accessible transfer, confirm the parking charge, designated bay/drop-off and the actual gate route rather than assuming an advertised parking product includes access provision.

Where to stay
Holiday Inn Express Madrid–Getafe is an independent lodging lead for a park trip. IHG lists three accessible rooms among 98, bathrooms with grab bars, turning space and built-in transfer shower seats, and three designated parking spaces by flat terrain to the entrance. It explicitly says there is no local-area hotel shuttle. These are published hotel features, not a booked or inspected room.
Check before booking: Confirm the exact accessible room, bed height and clear side, shower-seat dimensions and transfer side, door widths, breakfast route and parking for your dates. Arrange the separate accessible road journey to Warner or fully verify the rail/bus chain; Getafe proximity is not a wheelchair-accessible link.

Care and rest facilities
Warner’s services page says its bathrooms have baby-changing provision and reduced-mobility cubicles, and lists 13 fully adapted, signposted bathrooms distributed through the park. First Aid is described on New York Street between Stunt Fall and Teatro de Especialistas, in Movie World Studios.
Check before booking: Baby changing is not adult changing. Ask for the exact toilet dimensions, bench or hoist, an appropriate rest place, any wheelchair loan and their locations on the current map. “Adapted” does not guarantee that a specific chair, transfer direction or personal-care need is supported.

Eating and dietary planning
Warner publishes a restaurant overview and food outlets across themed areas. A meal can be part of the rest plan rather than an extra route across the park.
Check before booking: Check opening hours, actual seating and counter route for the chosen outlet; discuss ingredients, allergens and cross-contact with staff. Neither a general restaurant listing nor an older allergen sheet establishes a safe individual meal. We have not verified permission to bring a picnic.

Practical tips for this park
Planning suggestions from the research—not claims that we have tested these strategies in person.
- Bring the original official disability card showing at least 33% and ID for the published process. The park says medical reports, photographs and photocopies do not replace these; ask how foreign documentation is treated before travel. Do not upload evidence to this guide.
- Separate one free admission companion from the special card’s up to three riding companions. They must ride with the eligible visitor for priority; if that visitor does not ride, companions use the normal queue.
- If an eligible visitor considers the alternative Platinum wristband, its published group is the visitor plus one companion. Ask Visitor Service about the 15-minute re-ride condition and which option actually suits your priority rides. No purchase of a paid fast pass is implied.
- Choose an exit time against the actual 412/413 last departure or a confirmed vehicle. Keep the parade optional if its time or crowded route would jeopardise the return.
A flexible shape for the day
- Confirm your documents and access choice with Visitor Service, then try one prechecked experience in one zone rather than crossing the whole park immediately.
- Pause for food and a suitable toilet. Decide whether a second attraction or a show fits energy, transfer and sensory needs; companions may have a different plan when the eligible visitor is not riding.
- Check the parade position only if the date’s programme and exit route work for your group. Leave enough margin for the actual bus or prearranged pickup.
Beyond the park: two different kinds of day out
These suggestions have published access information, but are not suitable for everyone. “Regional” means another outing with its own journey—not necessarily a short trip from the park.
Separate central-Madrid art day · Atocha area
Museo Reina Sofía
A modern-art day can replace another high-energy park day. Select a few galleries rather than assuming the full museum is a short, quiet stop.
Published access details: The museum says almost all public areas have wheelchair access, with ramps, adapted toilets and seating. It lists lifts in Sabatini and Nouvel; the historic Sabatini building may require a particular route. Visitors with documented disability of at least 33% and an essential companion can receive free admission via the ticket office.
Limitations to check: Reserve any needed assistance in advance and confirm the exact entrance and lifts. “Almost all” does not mean every gallery, and the eligibility rule is the museum’s own, separate from Warner’s. No park-to-city step-free connection is established.
Getting there: Plan a separate journey into central Madrid, with each station/interchange or accessible road vehicle checked. This is not a walk from Parque Warner.

Separate contemporary-art day · Móstoles
CA2M Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo
A free contemporary-art museum in the Madrid region gives a smaller cultural alternative, with a different geography from central Madrid.
Published access details: The museum describes a street-level ramp, automatic entrance doors, lift access to all floors and accessible toilets on the ground, second and fourth floors. It lists bus and C-5 Móstoles approaches with approximate final distances; admission is free.
Limitations to check: Baby-changing rooms are not adult changing facilities. Check the current exhibition, lift operation, wheelchair fit and the exact route from your chosen bus or station. The operator’s route listing is not a tested transfer from Parque Warner.
Getting there: Plan Móstoles as a separate outing and verify a suitable vehicle and return. The museum lists C-5 Móstoles about 474 m away and multiple bus stops within roughly 500 m; inspect the complete last leg.
