PLAIN ANSWERS, NOT PROMISES
Questions worth asking before you book.
Every park is different. These answers help you ask more precise questions and spot where you need the current official source.
Does an access card guarantee a ride?
No. An access arrangement may change how you wait or enter, but it does not override the attraction’s safety, restraint, transfer or evacuation conditions. Check the individual ride and ask the ride team on the day.
Do I have to disclose my diagnosis?
Not always. Parks set their own evidence and assessment processes. The most useful question is what document or functional information the specific park requires, and whether it needs to be current, original or translated.
Can a park companion carry out transfers?
Do not assume a park employee can lift or transfer someone. Confirm the attraction’s transfer procedure in advance and make a group plan that is safe and comfortable for everyone involved.
Does a separate entrance mean priority?
No. An alternative entrance can remove steps or allow waiting elsewhere without shortening the wait. Priority arrangements, return times and timed intervals work differently. Read the park’s own explanation before deciding which system fits your day.
Is Theme Park Access paid by the parks?
No. This is a free, independent project with no advertising, paid placements, affiliate links or paid planning services. Our current focus is useful information and feedback from visitors.
